Yes. Colleges are in the business to attract students. Many colleges have “equine” programs to draw in the horsey crowd. Your teen can major in Animal Science with a concentration in Equine, Equine Science, Equestrian Studies, Horse Management, etc. The programs vary considerably. Some are entirely classroom based while others offer many hands-on classes at the “barn”.
